Avast ye scurvy dogs and shimmer me timbers, but the Book of Skulls is the only Pirate game that you need to play. Forget the rest, this is the one that makes you want to watch Pirates of the Caribbean afterwards.
Load this game and the music instantly makes you aware of what game this is, a fabulous Pirate adventure. All the main characters are there, from Black Beard the pirate to Miss Swan (or a look-a-like) and the crew. The Book of… part is one of the best scatter symbols I’ve seen. In fact, the graphics in this game are fabulous. The music is what gets you going initially until you notice the background image, which, looks like it would make a brilliant screen saver.
This might not be the most exciting game that Spinomenal produces, but for a themed Book slot that isn’t Egyptian, or Tomb, or Pyramid in style, this game is great. A real break from the norm. Bag one of the big wins and the animation is brilliant. Drink up me hearties, yo ho!
There is no safer gambling element other than the good old-fashioned manual click option. Which is good for me. What better way to control your game than a little willpower and an urge to play something else.

Spinomenal is a god among men when it comes to game development and graphical masterpieces. Everything they produce is an instant hit, even the quirkier games such as Book of Xmas and Donut Rush. The Book of Skulls is a great addition to an already impressive collection of Book slots.

The jackpots and wins on this game are good, but not mind-blowing, especially if you use the “buy feature”. This needs to be avoided. Bag the scatter symbols in the good old-fashioned way, and this game comes alive. The pots are good and the animation is better.
Gamble Feature
There is no gamble feature on this game, but there is a Buy Feature option to “buy Spins”. Choosing this option is risky as you never managed to win back what it cost for the “free spins”, which obviously weren’t free. Stick to good old-fashioned winning and you can’t go wrong.
There is a “go faster” button, but that just eats away at your funds and takes all the enjoyment out of the game.
