Have you played the Book of Kemet? Yes, yes you have, although it might not have been the actual Book of Kemet, but one of the other Ancient Egyptian-themed games that dominate the Book of… games series.
The real question here is, is the Book of Kemet different enough to stand out? NO! But, it does get better the longer you play. There is something very appealing about this game that sucks you in. The music in the background is pretty standard, and the play elements of this game are standard too, but there is something that makes you want to keep playing.
So what is it? This 5×3 slot actions take place in ancient Egypt during the pharaoh’s reign. The reels are filled with wealth, luxury, and secrets, or at least that is what is implied. 10-pay lines with x7,791 max wins and very high volatility, a Free Spins Bonus round with an x2.5 feature and a fabulous retrigger feature, and a Bonus Buy feature.
Although we’d normally advocate avoiding the Bonus Buy feature, this game offers a fabulous dilemma in as much as you can choose how many extra symbols you get. Normally there are only one or possibly two symbols in a Bonus round, but this game offers up to and including 9 symbols. Obviously, that comes at a cost, but wow! It translates to multiple wins in every spin.
There is a warning to be had here, if you are on the lowest stakes, then doing this isn’t such a problem, and you are in with a serious chance of getting your stake back, but the more you stake the higher the cost. At which point you’d need to be seriously lucky to get your stake back.
The safer gambling element of this game is limited to all the usual autoplay mode options. Basically, what you get here is a good old-fashioned dose of self-restraint, or in other words, this is just a spin and win the game with a basic autoplay mode.
